Acute traumas
Programs for treatment of acute traumas. Recommended in sports centres, where trauma can be treated immediately. The three programs have different time constants to be tried according to the response from the injured tissue.
- Circular spinner – Short constant
Acute phase treatment
- Circular spinner – medium constant
Acute phase treatment
- Circular spinner – long constant

Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic, progressive, degenerative disease of the central nervous system, specifically of the brain and spinal cord. It is characterised by a progressive loss of myelin, the protective sheath surrounding nerve fibres that is missing in several areas (multiple), leaving hardened scars (sclerosis), the so-called plaques.
It is believed that the disease is to be attributed to a disorder of the immune system, which produces antibodies that attack the myelin sheaths. The damaged sheaths lead to distorted communications or to the loss of communication between nerve ends.
The disease typically follows a periodical recrudescence pattern called “exacerbation”, followed by a period of partial or complete resolution of symptoms called “remission”. MS is variable in progress. It may be relatively benign, with few attacks over a decade, or it can be rapidly and totally disabling.
The presence of lymphocytes, macrophages and complement fractions on myelic lesions are patent signs of a latent inflammatory state; this led to the development of specific programs to control the inflammation.
These programs are used to control the various symptoms from indistinct speech, to visual problems, to loss of mobility. Symptoms vary from individual to individual, depending on the portion of the nervous system involved. The algorithms proposed herein have been considered by patients as the most effective.
Specific Treatment Focusing on Multiple Sclerosis with Primary Symptoms
If symptoms include dizziness, extreme fatigue, eye problems such as blurred or double vision, tingling or torpor especially in the hands and feet, loss of balance or co-ordination, muscle rigidity, babbling, tremors, bowel or bladder dysfunction.
Specific Treatment Focusing on Multiple Sclerosis with Secondary Symptoms
To be used in case of secondary symptoms arising from the primary symptoms underlying the disease. These may include bone loss, muscle loss, paralysis, sexual dysfunction, urinary infections, weak breathing. Many of these secondary conditions result from reduced mobility as the disease progresses.
Specific Treatment Focusing on Progressive Degeneration with API Therapy
To be used if API-therapy has been administered.
Treatment objective
Spasmolysis – smooth muscle of the arterial and venous blood vessels
Reduction of spasmolysis of the smooth muscles in blood vessels; it is used for cardiovascular disorders and to restore blood circulation.
Treatment Objective
Tonicity of the elastic fibres
It allows to restore the elastic tone of the muscular and tendinous fibres. To be used wherever muscles or tendons are affected. It also restores the normal function of the elastic fibres of arteries, bronchioles and bronchi. To be used for muscular fibrosis.
Treatment Objective Reduction of Incipient Degeneration Process
Normalization of the altered structures of the intracellular fluid, reconversion of the fluids of the gelatinous tissue to a soluble state. Restoration of capillary permeability. It prevents the connective tissue from degenerating into sclerosis, fibrosis, cirrhosis. It should be remembered that in case of advanced pathological changes, no significant success can be achieved. The treatment is recommended to accelerate healing processes in the elderly.
Treatment Objective
Tonicity of the Smooth Muscle Cells
Reduction of the smooth muscle spasmolysis of hollow organs that causes stasis and insufficient secretions. It removes the spastically squeezed areas, and this stimulates the draining of toxic bioproducts. E.g. esophagus.
Treatment Objective
Reduction of the Inflammatory Process
Inflammation involves an increase in capillary permeability with serum and plasma infiltration that result in abscesses and swelling. The program reduces the infiltrative, proliferative and exudative processes. To be used also in case of acute trauma.
Primary Objective
Restoration of polarisation of the nerves
In cases of neuralgia or neuritis, there is nerve depolarisation, generated by the increase in ion concentration inside the nerve fibres relating to the interstitial fluid ions.
The program returns energy to the system, allowing the nerve re-polarisation by restoring the right conduction velocity. Also the stasis due to local tissue spasm leads to changes in ion concentration and therefore to changes in neural response. Example of use: sciatalgia
- Specific treatment focusing on viscerally induced headache
E.g. in gastrointestinal problems.
- Specific treatment focusing on vascular headache
E.g. vasomotor headaches, vasoconstriction.
- Specific treatment focusing on endocrine induced headache
E.g. in hypothyroid disorders.
- Specific treatment focusing on ophthalmologic headache
- Specific treatment focusing on meningeal headache
- Specific treatment focusing on sinus headache
- Specific treatment focusing on headaches of odontogenic origin
- Specific treatment focusing on tonsillitis-related headaches
- Specific treatment focusing on headaches related to vertebral disorders
- Specific treatment focusing on headaches of allergic origin
- Specific Treatment Focusing on haematoma, lymphedema from surgery trauma (roller only)
Administer potassium in case of non re-absorption.
- Specific Treatment Focusing on joint injuries, contusions, and sprains
- Specific Treatment Focusing on Arteriosclerosis and Arterial Disorders Peripheral vascular diseases, diabetes.
- Specific Treatment Focusing on Joint Conditions Resulting from Arthralgic Urate Diathesis
E.g. arthritis, arthrosis.
- Specific Treatment Focusing on periarticular muscles and rheumatic disorders
E.g. rheumatoid arthritis, arthritic pain, immune system, tumoral pain.
- Urinary Infections - Urinary infections are characterised by an urgent need for emptying the bladder. Urination is generally frequent and painful; even when the bladder has been emptied the urge to urinate may persist. Urine has usually a strong odour and may recurrently appear turbid. Children suffering from urinary infection often complain about lower abdominal pain and painful burning sensation when they urinate. In some cases, blood in urine may appear. The treatment of urinary infection is very effective, as it is based on the identification of some very simple etiological characteristics.
- Specific Treatment Focusing on urinary infection (cystitis) and prostatitis - For conditions involving the prostate gland. This algorithm proved the best treatment in 87% of patients.
- Specific Treatment Focusing on urinary infection (cystitis) and kidney - For conditions involving the kidney or urethra.
- Sprains and strains: ankles, knee, wrist. - Moderate to severe injury. The treatment is recommended for muscle traumas, including sprains, strains, fractures and other traumatic injuries. The most common sprains affect the ankle, knee and wrist. In these lesions the articular capsule or ligaments become elongated or torn. A medium or serious sprain can cause joint instability and functional loss.
For best results, use the following severity degree classification:
Specific Treatment Focusing on sprains and strains GRADE I
(mild cases for knee problems such as slow-healing wounds)
Grade I (mild): with minimal or partial strain to ligaments and normal joint stability and functionality.
Specific Treatment focusing on sprains and strains GRADE II
(moderate including debilitating spasms)
Grade II (moderate): with partial tearing of the ligaments, with slightly lax joints and some functional loss.
Specific Treatment focusing on sprains and strains GRADE III
(severe cases with rapid swelling and localised pain from trauma)
Grade III (severe): with ligament tearing or ligament completely detached from the bone, with the joint completely lax and non-functioning.
Specific Treatment focusing on musculoskeletal problems – General I
Generic algorithm for all problems of the musculoskeletal system, affecting both muscles and tendons. The program can always be selected for initial evaluation before a specific treatment.
